(R CrB, CI Cyg, S Cyg, SS Cyg, AM Her, U Her, BL Lac, RU Peg, DY Per failed due to poor/no link - cooling failed, NV Ori failed no link)Astrometric Monitoring - Nearby Stars - Barnards Star, DX Cnc, 61 Cyg, Groombridge 34, EV Lac, Teegardens Star
- Evening session (7.4 hrs duration). - Session operated under semi-automated control, with remote monitoring from indoors computer. - Ambient Temperature: 0 degC minimum - CCD operation -25 degC (at 56% average cooling). First 256 images at % cooling ! - main objectives of the session was to continue preparations towards an effective return to imaging - -

UGC 11919 with supernova PSN J22081243+4110503 (Lacerta) PSN J22081243+4110503 (Type Ic, z=0.018) was discovered 2014/09/28.800 by Massimo Caimmi at magnitude ~ +19 (Rochester Supernova site | Discovery Image / RGB Image ) The image below was taken 30.0 days after discovery The supernova is indicated by white markers. The image is unable to resolve the Supernova separately to the galaxy centre. Combined brightness of supernova and galaxy center is +12.82 |

NGC 2771 with supernova ASASSN-14iu (Ursa Major) ASASSN-14iu (Type Ia, z=0.016855) was discovered 2014/10/12.610 by All Sky Automated Survey for SuperNovae (ASAS-SN) at magnitude +15.8 Located 1.3" west and 0.8" north of the center of NGC 2771 (Rochester Supernova site | Discovery Image ) The image below was taken 16.3 days after discovery The supernova position is indicated by white markers. The image is unable to resolve the Supernova separately to the galaxy centre. The combined measured brightness of supernova + galaxy center is +12.8 |

Nova Delphini 2013 (Delphinus) Nova Delphini was discovered on 14th August 2013 by Japanese observer Koichi Itagaki at magnitude +6.8. Koichi had imaged the same field the day before and nothing was visible at the same location. The progenitor star was identified from archive images as being magnitude +16.9 The image below was taken 441 days after discovery when the nova had faded to around +13.1 (NB poor sky transparency) |
