168P/Hergenrother - Comet HT Cas KT Per Variable Stars Photometric Monitoring - Variables - RX And, W And, Z And, HT Cas, BL Lac, DY Per, GK Per, KT Per Attempts: U And failed (cloud), CI Cyg failed (wind), S Cyg failed (wind), SS Cyg failed (wind)
Astrometric Monitoring - Nearby Stars
Attempts: Ross 248 failed (low vis), Groombridge 34 failed (cloud)
- Late Evening session (1.9 hrs duration). - Session operated under semi-automated control, with remote monitoring from indoors computer.
(Power-Line networking)- Ambient Temperature: -2.0 deg C (minimum) - CCD operation -30 degC (at 64% average cooling). - main objectives of the session were to perform further software testing and to acquire images of selected project stars for ongoing photometric and astrometric analysis. -
