- Ross 248 (HH And), 61 Cyg
- Evening session (2.1 hrs duration). 
- Session operated under semi-automated control, with remote monitoring from indoors computer.  
- Ambient Temperature:  +6 deg/C falling to +3.5 degC minimum
- CCD operation -25 degC (at 73% average cooling).  
- main objectives of the session were to acquire images of Nova Delphinus and to acquire images selected project stars for ongoing photometric and astrometric analysis.

 Nova Delphini 2013 - nova

Nova Delphini 2013 (Delphinus)
Nova Delphini was discovered on 14th August 2013 by Japanese observer Koichi Itagaki at magnitude +6.8. 
Koichi had imaged the same field the day before and nothing was visible at the same location.
The progenitor star was identified from archive images as being magnitude +16.9

The image below was taken 25 days after discovery when nova had faded to around +7.5
The Nova is the brightest object in the image.
