Moon NGC 4644 - Spiral Galaxy with SN 2007cm Comet C/2006 VZ13 (LINEAR) Palomar Globular 5 - Globular Cluster M11 - Open Cluster ("Wild Duck Cluster") Astrometric & Photometric Monitoring
- SS Cyg (Dwarf Nova)
- And Z, AM CVn (variables)
- BL Lac (Blazar)
Attempt also at Groombridge 1618, Gliese 412, Lalande 21185 (Nearby Stars) - but images too poor to use
- 200th CCD Session
(1st session was 5.7 years ago)- Session duration 3.6 hr - CCD operation of -20 degC (at 59% average cooling). . - main objective was to acquire images of selected variable stars and nearby stars for photometric and astrometric monitoring.
in the event sky conditions were too poor for using images for astrometric monitoring- opportunity was taken to acquire a mosaic image of the Moon, a faint comet (C/2006 VZ13), and a gallery images of M11 - More Notes -
